The Thompson Center operates a door-to-door transportation program for seniors and disabled community members from the towns of Barnard, Bridgewater, Pomfret, and Woodstock.
Local transportation to and from the Thompson Center is provided Monday through Friday between 8:30am – 3:00pm. Please call the Center to request rides with at least 24 hours notice. Local stops in Woodstock at the grocery store, Health Center, etc. can be arranged as well. Suggested minimum donation: $5 per ride round trip

West Lebanon Shopping Trips The Thompson co-sponsors a twice monthly “Woodstock Shopper” bus route with Tri-Valley Transit (formerly Stagecoach) connecting Randolph, Barnard, Bridgewater, Pomfret, Woodstock, and Quechee with the final destination(s) in West Lebanon for shopping in any of the plazas. Pick-ups off the scheduled route are available up to ¾ mile from the route. Please call Tri-Valley Transit to request a pick-up. If you are more than ¾ mile from the route but in the Thompson service area, contact Thompson Senior Center at 802-457-3277 for additional assistance in getting a ride to one of the route stops.
Reservations on this route must be made in advance by contacting the Tri-Valley Transit office at 802-728-3773. Call to take advantage of this service for grocery shopping or other necessary errands. This service is free and for ALL ages.

Medical Rides to and from appointments to all Upper Valley providers can be arranged directly through Tri-Valley Transit at 802-728-3773. A minimum of 48 hours notice is requested for scheduling.
